AI Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer – AI with 3+ years of hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence/ML and a passion for innovation. You will contribute to building intelligent, scalable, and production-grade AI systems, with a strong focus on Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Build, train, and deploy AI-driven applications, focusing on LLMs and Generative AI (text, image, audio).
• Design and implement Agentic AI systems capable of planning and performing complex tasks autonomously.
• Develop clean, scalable code and build robust APIs/services to support AI workflows.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to integrate AI features into real-world products.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of features: from ideation, research, prototyping, to deployment and monitoring.
• Stay up-to-date with cutting-edge AI tools, frameworks, and best practices, applying them where appropriate.
• Contribute to a high-performance engineering culture, including mentoring junior developers and code reviews.

Cultural Expectations

• Experience: 3–6 years in software development; 3+ years in AI/ML engineering.
• Languages & Libraries:
• Proficient in Python.
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
• Generative AI / LLMs:
• Practical experience with GPT, Claude, Mistral, or similar LLMs.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and inference optimization.
• Agentic AI:
• Familiar with LangChain, AutoGPT, Semantic Kernel, or similar agent frameworks.
• Deployment & Infrastructure:
• Experience deploying models into production environments.
• Knowledge of MLOps/DevOps practices and tools.
• Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).
