Senior Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Fullstack Developer with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. The role requires strong expertise in both frontend and backend technologies, with the ability to write clean, efficient code and contribute across the entire product lifecycle. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in an agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development for GravityONE’s SDZ platform—front-end, back-end, data, APIs, and architecture.L
• Build and enhance chatbot, conversational AI, and enterprise SaaS features used by global leaders.
• Design and scale RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js or Python, while being open to adopting new stacks.
• Work with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and leverage NoSQL stores (MongoDB, Redis) where appropriate.
• Contribute to modernization of legacy systems by designing cloud-native, serverless, and scalable alternatives.
• Collaborate closely with product, AI, and frontend teams to translate requirements into high-impact software features.
• Implement best practices for security, performance, observability, and CI/CD in an agile team environment.
• Participate in peer reviews, mentoring, and building reusable developer tools for internal use.

Cultural Expectations

• Languages: Node.js (NestJS, Express), Python (FastAPI, Flask), JavaScript, TypeScript
• Databases: Strong with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL); NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) is a plus
• Architecture: Microservices, RESTful APIs, serverless functions (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions), legacy system modernization
• Event & Messaging Systems: Kafka, Redis Streams, BullMQ
