Product Manager

Job Summary

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our team and drive the development of innovative AI-driven voice and customer experience solutions. In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of business, design, and engineering to deliver products that delight users and achieve strategic goals.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle from idea through launch and iteration
• Gather and analyze requirements from customers, business teams, and other stakeholders
• Define product vision, strategy, and success metrics aligned with company goals
• Write clear and actionable Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Prioritize features, manage the product backlog, and make trade-off decisions
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to shape intuitive user experiences
• Work hand-in-hand with engineering, QA, and DevOps to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
• Coordinate product launches and post-launch monitoring
• Analyze product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement

Cultural Expectations

• 6+ years of product management experience (preferably in SaaS, AI, or voice tech is a plus) with 2+ years as product manager.
• Strong track record of delivering products from concept to launch
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, QA, sales, etc.)
• Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to inform decisions
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Hiring Process

• Interview with hiring manager to assess technical skills.
• Live coding task to evaluate coding proficiency.
• Technical interview with senior member from the technical team.
• Final interview with Tech Lead/CTO.
