Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Python-based backend services and APIs with clean, efficient code.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver quality software.
• Optimize application performance and scalability while integrating third-party APIs and data sources.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge and process improvements.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain clear documentation of code and technical workflows.

Cultural Expectations

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Python development, specializing in web frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Proficient in building RESTful APIs and microservices, adhering to best practices for scalability and performance.
• Experienced with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis), utilizing ORMs such as SQLAlchemy and Django ORM.
• Familiar with version control systems like Git, and experienced in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
